How do I get started?

Book a free call. It's a 30-minute conversation on WhatsApp — your coach gets to know your goal, your body, your routine and your kitchen, then gives you an honest recommendation. No credit card, no obligation. If it's a fit, you pick a plan from there.
How is this different from other fitness apps?

Most apps are 1-to-many — one coach handles 200–500 clients, and you're really talking to a template. We're 1-to-1: 30 clients per coach, max. No app to install, no gamification. Just a real person on WhatsApp who knows your name, your goal, and what you ate yesterday.
What happens after the call?

Your coach builds your plan around everything you discussed — workouts, meals and macros — then drops it into your WhatsApp as a PDF plus a short voice note explaining the reasoning. From there your coach stays in touch with weekly check-ins.
Do you support vegetarian and Jain diets?

Yes. Veg, non-veg, eggetarian, Jain, and Satvik are all first-class. Tell us what you eat — roti, rice, dal, sabzi, what your mom actually cooks — and we build around it. We also adapt for Navratri, Ramzan, and Ekadashi fasting.
Do I need to give up rice / roti / sugar?

No. Rice and roti are in almost every plan we write. We portion them to fit your macros instead of banishing them. Sugar gets reduced in the first two weeks but never zeroed unless you ask.
What if I travel a lot?

Tell your coach on the call. We add a 'travel mode' to your plan — hotel-room workouts (bodyweight + bands), restaurant-ordering rules per cuisine, and a packed-snack list that survives airport security.
Can I cancel anytime?

The monthly trial cancels with one WhatsApp reply — no retention call, no exit survey, no dark patterns. The quarterly plan runs its three-month term and then renews only if you choose to continue. Either way, your plan stays accessible until the end of the billed cycle.
Do I need a gym or equipment?

No. Plans flex to your setup — bodyweight at home, dumbbells in the bedroom, a full commercial gym, or hotel rooms while you travel. Tell us where you train, we build accordingly.
I have a knee / back / shoulder issue.

Tell your coach on the call. They write around it — no jump squats for bad knees, no overhead press for shoulder impingement. If it's serious, we'll ask for clearance from your physio.
Will you sell or share my WhatsApp number?

Never. We message you once with your plan, and only after that if you opt in to check-ins. No spam, no calls, no third-party sharing, no marketing list rental. DPDP Act 2023 compliant — we publish a Grievance Officer, named and reachable, on every data-capture page.
How do I delete my data?

Reply "delete" on WhatsApp, or email info@fsfit.in. We purge your record within 72 hours (DPDP Act mandates 30 days; we do it faster). You'll get a confirmation email when it's done.
How long until I see results?

Sleep, energy and mood usually shift in week 1. Strength gains by week 3–4. Visible composition change by week 8–12. We commit to nothing magical — just consistency, honestly tracked.
What if I'm not seeing results at 4 weeks?

Your coach reviews adherence, sleep, stress, and measurements — then iterates the plan. Most stalls are recovery / sleep issues, not the plan itself. We don't blame "discipline" before checking the inputs.
